These are Belgian army surplus overpants made from thick cotton back satin fabric. The fabric has a worn appearance, and the aging process creates a vintage-like texture, making these pants appealing.

The pass-through pockets on both sides are a unique detail of overpants, allowing you to access the pockets of the pants worn underneath. Wearing thin shorts with pockets underneath solves the problem of pass-through pockets, allowing you to enjoy the feel of overpants conveniently. Back pockets and cargo pockets are also provided for storage.

The front features a button fly, and the waist is adjustable with a drawstring. The waist can be tightened by about 20cm, accommodating a wide range of sizes. Buttons for attaching suspenders are placed on the inside of the waist, and the hip and knee areas are reinforced with double-layered fabric, a design characteristic of work pants.

The hem can also be tightened with a drawstring, allowing you to change your style depending on the shoes you wear. These are versatile overpants. ABL, often found on the tag, is an abbreviation for Armee Belge / Belgisch Leger, the French and Dutch terms for the Belgian Army.
